Our delivery charges are £4.95 per delivery address for anywhere in the UK, BFPO, Channel Isles, Monday to Friday only. Please allow 5 working days for your delivery.

Stock permitting, all orders are usually despatched within 24 hours, to arrive with UK customers within five working days. In the event that an item is temporarily out of stock, we will notify you of the delay and despatch it as soon as it arrives.

We send by First Class mail, recorded delivery which requires a signature upon delivery. If you think you may have a problem with recorded mail please let us know and we can arrange a more suitable delivery method.

We give the ‘best estimate’ for delivery times.

We do not take any payment from the credit card until the item is ready to be despatched.

Larger items are sent by UPS/Parcelforce Courier Service.
